23 Best Dressed Looks At The 2023 AMVCA

The 9th edition of the Africa Magic Viewer’s Choice Awards (AMVCA) took place on May 20, 2023. The event was arguably the biggest night for fashion on the continent. This prestigious event took place in Nigeria at the Eko Hotel. The guest list varied from icons like Patience Ozokwor, the biggest names in film, and African influencers.

While the event celebrated the rich talent of African actors in film, the guest list and their designers also deserve recognition. The 2023 AMVCA red carpet is by far my favorite this year. The creativity, glamour, and originality were unmatched for everyone. Most of these looks were hand-beaded, which speaks to the expressiveness and authenticity of African creatives.
