Tricks Of My Trade

Hey Bombshells,

These last couple of weeks have been the most heartbreaking moments of my life. Every step forward has led me right back to where I started. In fact, I feel like I am even more further back. The only thing I believe I am in control of is my weight gain. I got an Apple Watch to focus on my health but I haven’t been motivated. My focus has been on self care and growth; taking the time to pause, breathe, and pray. My life hasn’t been perfect, but I appreciate what God has blessed me with.

So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring it’s own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today. -Matthew 6:34
