Weekend Lover

Hey Bombshells,

Five days of work and no play diminishes the fire of a fashionista. Weekends are for dripping in the sun and a late night rendezvous on a rooftop bar. A true weekend lover, this chocolate-infused blogger spent her day melting in the sun and drinking pineapple margs with my phone on airplane mode. I even channeled my inner poetic justice with box braids and a hat. Out of reach to everyone, I rediscovered my fire under the sun.

Stunning romanticism, there is joy brewing here…between summer days and my fashion heart. My vital organ conjured up this look below for the weekend. The look starts with a masculine button down shirt. I knotted the shirt just above a thrifty pair of mom jean shorts that provided me with a nice stylish silhouette. For accessories, I chose my clear heels, Michael Kors purse, and a belt buckled fedora hat. Fedoras were a statement piece for women’s rights activist back in the day. And still are for this happy owner. Dripping with charm, this look can be everyday wear but trust me, then it won’t be as sweet and poetic.
