SYLING INSIDE-OUT JEANS

Every fashion season is a clean slate for designers, as many break away from ’90s nostalgia to explore sustainability and fluid designs. The fashion world is constantly trying to extend the lifespan of fashions very own, denim. Allow me to introduce the bizarre but semi cool, inside-out jeans. This style was introduced early last year but for some odd reason, it just sparked my curiosity. I have a lot of faith in the longevity of denim and have no problem using my platform to showcase the versatility this textile has. And honestly… I survived boot cut, jeggings, and even the weird cropped faried flare denim so might as well give this new style a chance.

If you do decide to try out this new style, start with boyfriend fit or mom jeans. Also, opt for putting your regular jeans inside out to test your perception on the style before making the purchase. I chose to dress up my favorite Levi’s mom jeans with a loose black tank, printed fur coat, and black heels. If you know my fashion heart, you should know about my love affair with denim. They hold ones shape while complimenting an outfit in ways other bottoms can’t. Denim is the best textile in my opinion and we must do everything to protect it. Even if that means being so desperate for new trends that we take this old casual stable and turn it inside out.
