Hey Bombshells,
As a true Instagram feen, imagine my surprise when an image forced me to stop scrolling. June of last year, I stopped scrolling when I got to a picture of Rihanna in a leopard catsuit and furry scarf for Interview Magazine. In this interview, they called badgirlriri a “shy girl”. A shy girl who posed for the cover of their magazine in a sheer catsuit the print of one of the fiercest animals the world has ever known. Rihanna, just like myself utilizes fashion to be whoever she wants to be at the moment. The art of manipulating fashion to fit your multiple personas is beauty of fashion.

For Rihanna, the “naked dress” and bra less enthusiastic has a bold image. Her leopard catsuit look inspired and scared me. It is one thing to be perceived a certain way in a bodycon or something mini, it’s another to leave your mark in a sheer fabric leopard print catsuit. Breaking down my fears, I gave in and stepped outside to take pictures in this catsuit. For the first time ever, most of my pre photoshoot prep involved hiding things under this revealing piece I didn’t think I was ready for my viewers to see. In a way, I channeled my inner Rihanna, shy behind the camera but bold in front of it.
